Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Service (ToS) apply to all services provided by ScanYourWorld. Any service implies unconditional acceptance of these ToS.

Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR). Payment is made online by credit card. Any delay in payment will result in penalties of 3 times the legal rate, suspension of service execution, or the application of termination clauses.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Any cancellation or modification of the order is subject to my express agreement and may result in changes to the deadlines and rates.
Service Provider Obligations
Modeling and texturing: best-effort obligation. 3D object: obligation of result. These obligations are linked to the quality of the elements provided by the client. An insufficient number of images, poor quality images, or a choice of subject that is incompatible may prevent photogrammetry from being performed.
Liability of Service Provider
I am not responsible for delays or defects in case of force majeure, total or partial strike, acts of a third party, administration, postal services, client or its employees.
Work Incapacity
In the event of work incapacity affecting the delivery time, it may be modified after informing the client.
Confidentiality and Use of Buyer Information
Buyer information is processed in accordance with the 2016 European regulation on the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data. The data will not be used for purposes other than the contract, except with the explicit consent of the buyer.
Sale of Services
Guarantee: Compliance with legal obligations in case of hidden defects and protection against misuse of the service by the customer. Transfer of ownership: Ownership is transferred upon full payment.
Provision of Services
Services are performed at the company's headquarters and executed from the date of receipt of the order by form. The delivery time begins upon receipt of all elements provided by the client, which are essential for the execution of the service (photos and/or videos).
Commercial Advertising
The mention and dissemination of the creation made for the client in my commercial documents, advertisements, and social networks are subject to obtaining their prior agreement.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the legislation in force.
Choice of Technologies
The choice of technologies used to perform photogrammetry remains at my discretion.
Intellectual Property of Elements Provided by the Client
The client certifies that they are the owner or have obtained all necessary authorizations concerning intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, and design rights) on the images, documents, and other elements they provide for the execution of the service, as well as the consent of the people represented in the images.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of my head office.
